EMPOWERMENT
The Empowerment Program provided by Samuel Smith, LLC is a residency program that works with the elementary, middle and high school communities to build relationships through mentoring and acting as role models. It is part of this company's mission to build a sense of self worth, acceptance and respect in youth.
Additionally, my company provides life-long learning opportunities for youngsters, as they are equipped with the necessities to become upstanding, productive members of the community.
MISSION STATEMENT:
The central mission is to inspire individuals to follow their dreams by equipping them with the tools to achieve goals.

STAY READY PLAN
The Stay Ready Plan is designed to get you to pay yourself and to put you in a position to be ready for whatever opportunities that my come your way. In life we will meet deadline after deadline for our employers, we will be superhuman for all of our friends but never take time out to make ourselves better. Not realizing that if we took the time to work on us, we'll be more valuable to everyone around us because we will feel a great sense of accomplishment toward ourselves. That sense of accomplishment will not only benefit us in knowing that if we work on something that makes us better it will also make us more valuable in the qualities that we can bring to the table for our jobs or in friendships and relationships. So let's stop waiting for reasons to try to get ready and STAY READY on the STAY READY PLAN.
